One of my friend visited Bakson's gurgaon (located at The Grand Mall) clinic (....damn i would like to call it shop in mall....), and my friend's daughter was really suffering from severe cold and breathing problems and someone suggested them to consult homeopathy doctor and there you go.....they decided to visit Backsons gurgaon (located at The Grand Mall) and to their surprise the staff (read: salesmen/women) at the shop welcomed them and started the selling.
They offered them the consultation and without really trying to get to right cause of the problem and working accordingly, they started pin-pointing the root cause to her grand-mother's illness and said that this is due to her, their daughter is sick (some maternal illness relation is that they pointed out). They told them to enroll (a a member for 1-2 years) and on resistance they prescribed them 2 months medicine and looted them for Rs 1500/- in cash.

The problem is that they did not try to handle the patient as patient but looked at them as a customer and were merely focused on pointing the problem as if it would take long time to cure sot that they could get them on a plan as member.
