    3 Very simple steps to a healthy day - Must Try!



    A great morning is what we all need to have a great start of the day!  

    Lets take a look at top three must do's!

    1) Stretch - Our muscles (e.g. spine) gets stiff overnight. Stretching makes releases stiffness, which improves our productivity. Move around a little after you get up, a gentle walk stretch hamstrings, calves, arms - two or three gentle stretches followed by deep breaths would help.

    2) Drink a glass of water - Need we say more? We all know it but ignore it most. For a healthy body try this , keep one glass of water in a clean copper utensil (any size, shape), leave it overnight, and drink it first thing in the morning  - after 'stretching' of course :)

    As an alternative to water, you can also drink coconut water, or lemon water. Both are alkaline and that's what body needs more.
