    Natural way to treat diabetes! Simple and easy!


    An excellent way to stay healthy and treat diabetes is to cook and eat dal (lentil), and rice in clay utensils (clay pot). There are evidences that diabetes can be treated without any medicines, if we start eating right and Indian Vagbhat (who is one of the most influential classical writers of ayurveda. Several works are associated with his name as author).

    Vagbhat  says we should avoid food that is not exposed to sunlight and air during cooking, so you can imagine how deadly the food is that we cook using latest utensils and food don't get sunlight or proper air, and examples are -


    • Refrigerator
    • Pressure Cooker/Non-stick or Coated Cookware
    • Microwave Oven
